Hello! I'm Daz. In August 2024 I faced numerous health challenges which resulted in severe weight gain, which led me to undergoing gastric sleeve surgery. Having personally undergone Bariatric surgery, I understand the difficulties in maintaining a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet. My experience and knowledge inspired me to start Bariatric Nutrition, with the goal of helping others facing similar struggles.
